Peter Bell has been involved in the promotional side of the junior mining business since 2016. He is a private investor in public companies and private ventures with prospectors through his company Newton Bell Holdings Ltd. He is also an advisor on these private ventures with prospectors. Peter also works as a marketing consultant for public companies. In 2012, he graduated from UBC Institute of Applied Mathematics degree in finance and has 38 technical papers published on the RePEC archive online.

Matthew Anderson, CPA, CA, is Managing Director of Malaspina Consultants Inc. where he has worked since July 2009 and serves as CFO for several public companies.
MAXIME LEPINE
SECRETARY & DIRECTOR
Maxime Lepine is an experienced and innovative business person in the natural resources sector of British Columbia, working in a leadership role in the forestry industry for businesses owned by First Nation groups in BC. Since June 2022, Mr. Lepine has worked as forestry manager for Sqomish Forestry LP on behalf of Nch'kay, the development corporation of the Squamish First Nation. Before this, he worked in forestry on Vancouver Island as CEO for Homalco Forestry LP from 2016 to 2019, as a Forester for FNFC from 2014 to 2016, and as manager of Iisaak Forest Resources from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Lepine is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forest Resources Management in 2011 and from Camosun College with an Environmental Technology Diploma in 2008. In addition, Mr. Lepine has worked at the Myra Falls mine on Vancouver Island for NVI Mining in the environmental department and mill maintenance. Mr. Lepine is Métis and non-status Huron.
TEK MANHAS

Tek Manhas operates a retail business and is also a partner in a commercial property in the Cowichan Valley, where he has been a lifelong resident. Mr. Manhas is serving his second term as a municipal councillor with the District of North Cowichan. Mr. Tek Manhas will serve as an independent director on the audit committee.
